This is MOB’s company policy for printing / embroidering to supplied garments. If you would like to place an order with us for these services, these procedures must be followed.
1. Once the order request form is received your order/quote will be written within 1 – 2 business days and scheduled for production. The production schedule is as follows: 2 weeks for printing / 3 weeks for embroidery. Any order with a requested due date that is less our standard turn time is subject to a $50.00 rush charge and is dependent on our production schedule.
2. The garments must be on our production floor 1 week prior to the due date. If they are not here your due date could get pushed back. This is the customers responsibility to make sure drop shipped items arrive in a timely manner.
3. Whether you are dropping the garments off or having them drop shipped to our facility, the JOB NAME must be on the outside of the box.
***Things that could delay your order or add cost to your order.
1. Failure to submit completed order request form.
2. Failure to approve the artwork in a timely manner (2 days from receipt of proof).
3. Failure to have merchandise on the production floor 1 week before due date.
4. Failure to have the boxes clearly marked what job they are for.
